What We Do For You...
Estimating
There is no "one size fits all" with property claim estimates. We create professional looking, accurate estimates tailored to your specifications. We'll use your logo and any other information you provide that you wish to include in the estimate.
Estimates - Basic:
These estimates are for when no insurance company estimate is yet available. Typically these are requested prior to an Adjuster inspection or are prepared as a retail bid.
Fees: starting at $75 - FIRST ESTIMATE IS FREE ! (some conditions apply)
Supplements - Basic:
These are jobs that are or will soon be completed. We assist you on identifying and getting items authorized that were inadequately addressed by the carrier. PCS will then provide an estimate, annotated photo report and any relevant documents; then assist you with carrier communications.
Fee: 7.5% of increase. (minimum $100 fee. other pricing structures available)
Supplements - Denials Converted to Approvals:
Property claims are often partially or fully denied. PCS leverages their industry knowledge to get all necessary items authorized so you can get the job started. We'll
consult with you on the best strategy then create the estimate, compile & annotate a photo report, add relevant line item notes, add code and manufacturer documents and any other relevant support; then assist you with carrier communications.
Fee: 7.5% of increase (other pricing structures available)
Fees may vary depending on volume and complexity.

Additional Services:
Appraisals:
Appraisal provides a quicker, less expensive option than legal action to reach a just determination when the Insurance company and homeowner cannot agree on the amount of the loss.
(Property Claim Solutions, LLC itself does not provide Appraisals; our Appraisers are independent contractors)

Inspections:
We can assist you with on-site inspections in the Greater Chicagoland Region to help identify issues with your customers property. This includes taking photos and providing a summary of our observations. Additional fees apply for estimates, photo reports, measurements, etc.
Fee: $175 (fee may vary depending on distance & difficulty)
Consulting:
Building an efficient and effective process for how you engage with insurance companies is both an art and a science; one which has a direct, major impact on your profitability and long-term success. Our team of former field adjusters and contractors provides you with a distinct advantage of having both the carrier and the contractor’s perspective. We'll leverage our expertise and collaborate on building an efficient process that works for you and results in ongoing profitable outcomes.
Fee: Negotiated
Public Adjusting:
While we can refer you to a competent Public Adjuster, and there are situations where that may be an appropriate option, it is our experience that our business model produces overall more favorable outcomes at a much more affordable cost.
Fees may vary depending on volume and complexity.
